December 3 Meeting

Wednesday, December 3, 2008 is the Boat Show Exhibitor Informational Meeting. It will begin at 7 pm at the Merchandise Mart which is located at 58th and I-25 and we will meet in the motel that is attached to The Mart. Dinner is provided and you will receive final updates and your boat show materials. Please RSVP your attendance to sjdjlinton@aol.com or 303-859-1284.

Boat Show Update

1.  We are adding, to the web site, a slide show of what is new at the 2009 show.  Each non-CMDA exhibitor will be allowed up to 2 photos of boats or products to be included in this slide show.  We need to have the photos in a jpeg format.  So you can cut and paste pictures off your manufacturer’s web site or take your own.  Be sure to include a very short caption for each photo - such as 2009 Hobie XLT.

3. Exhibitor Information Form - This form is needs to be returned ASAP.  You need to list products, services or manufacturers that you represent.  This will be added to the web site and will be included in the boat show program.  Be sure to include your web site info so that we can provide links from the show site to yours.

4.   If your exhibit contains any type of water display or food sampling, you must adhere to convention center policies – which are posted on the web site.
